Eliminate the dangerous practice of self-cleaning with air guns Powered by standard shop compressed air, the Personnel Cleaning Station NED (Non-Electrical Discharge) quickly vacuums dust, powders, and chips off worker clothing and skin. Pairing a high-efficiency pneumatic vacuum with a proprietary, on-demand air-agitator brush attachment, the Personnel Cleaning Station NED is safe and effective. Thumb-switch activated, the air-agitator loosens and lifts particles airborne into the vacuum hose for transport to the container. With no electric motor to burn out, the unit is virtually maintenance free. Constructed from electrically conductive components, the Personnel Cleaning Station NED suppresses the buildup of static charges for safe use with combustible materials commonly found in manufacturing, chemical, and food processing facilities. Static conductive vacuum and air supply hose insure static suppression. Includes pre-drilled mounting plate for mounting the unit on vertical surfaces, thereby saving valuable factory floor space. Grounding lug provides extra degree of safety. Proudly made in USA.
