The Goodyear Rubber Diamond-Plate Floor Mats are a durable form of non-slip matting with a sleek industrial aesthetic. The design is inspired by steel plate floors of the early 20th century, complete with a diamond pattern of thin, alternating protrusions. Traditional steel plate flooring is not often seen in the modern day due to impracticality, but the industrial aesthetic remains popular in a variety of industries. And the diamond-plating is not only attractive, but practical as well. Diamond-plate matting provides excellent slip-resistance, thanks to its traction-enhancing surface texture. The thin protrusions across the surface of the anti-slip mats can easily fit into shoe soles to lock in and secure footing. This provides multi-directional slip-resistance, even when the surface is wet, so you can work under wet conditions without problem. These diamond-plate mats are made from thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) for competitive durability and sub-floor protection. The thermoplastic material is 3.5mm thick and offers a non-permeable surface with resistance to moderate chemicals. The material is impervious to moisture, and you will never have to worry about it developing mildew or mold. The diamond-plate rubber mats act as a protective barrier, shielding your sensitive sub-floors from harmful substances and abrasions. The synthetic rubber is great at absorbing impacts and vibrations, which could easily damage traditional flooring types like hardwood or tile. The Goodyear Rubber Diamond-Plate Mats are available in Black, Brown, and Dark Gray colors, and they come in a selection of 6 pre-cut sizes to accommodate a space of any size.
