All steel construction cylinder forklift cart Holds four cylinders from 4.0 to 12.0 inch diameter in the vertical position All steel, finishing, packaging, and labor made 100% in the USA and Canada Constructed from 11 Gauge hot rolled steel Racks rated as 1600 lbs total capacity (400 lbs per cylinder) Forklift pockets are fully enclosed 24 inches long 2-way entry. Fork entry openings are 8 x 3 inches Offset deck is reinforced with 3 sets of support bars for strength and rigidity. Lowered deck (1 inch off ground) makes cylinder loading easy and safe, unique in the industry Edges are protected with steel reinforced vinyl edge guarding to help maintain your cylinders and provide extra grip Support straps (2 per cylinder station) are 1.5 inch wide by 54 inch long polypropylene with steel cinch buckle and rate a robust 1138 PSI and are the primary means of support as they enable the cylinders to be held tight and secure against the brackets Chain sets are optional and can be easily retrofit as a second means of support Steel parts are sealed with powder paint to assure long service life and chemical resistance Dimensions: 24L. x 36.5W. x 31.5H. Weight: 138 lbs Ships via freight carrier Shipping Dimensions: 40 x 44 x 36 Shipping Weight (with packaging): 192 lbs Justritety gas cylinder brackets and racks are equipped with chain slots to easily refit with Model Cylinder Chain Sets. Adding these welded steel chains allow compliance with NFPA1, CalOSHA, and UFC requirements for secondary cylinder support, and add an improved level of safety for any installation. NOTE: OSHA requires contacting the manufacturer of your fork truck for written approval for the use of any fork truck attachments.
