Snap Cap Cylinder Safety Cap: Designed to fit most North American gas cylinders, the SNAP CAP cylinder safety device meets DOT standards. The SNAP CAP denies access to the main cylinder control and regulator attachment, rendering the cylinder, it's contents, and your regulator useless to anyone but your designated personnel. At less than the cost of a cylinder refill and much less than a regulator, the value is obvious. Welded steel construction and powder coated provides many years of use.
