Karp Inc. KRP-150FR Fire Rated Access Door For Wall/Ceil. - Paddle Handle, 18"Wx18"H, KRPP1818PH Flush mounted, with both anchor straps and mounting holes to facilitate installation. Insulated and rated by Underwriters Laboratories for 1.5 hour "B" label in walls, and may be used in a 2 hour fire rated wall assembly. Rated for 3 hours in ceilings by Warnock Hersey. 16 gauge steel frame and 20 gauge steel, welded pan door. Door filled with 2 inch thick fire rated insulation. Door has automatic closure, is self-latching, and has interior latch release.
