The Escali DH6 is an extremely compact thermometer with a folding probe design and Scan and Hold IR. This folding design allows the unit to fold down to approximately 4.5" making it extremely portable and the perfect size for a pocket. Despite its small size, the DH6 boasts a large backlit display that is easy to read in all lighting conditions and viewing angles. A magnet on the back of the unit can attach the thermometer to a grill or other metallic object to keep the thermometer within arm's reach when cooking and a hanging hole allows for storage on a hook keeping the unit from bouncing around in a kitchen drawer. The DH6 is a great product for the home or outdoor cook looking for an easy-to-use product at a reasonable price. The Escali Compact Folding Digital Thermometer is an extremely portable and useful cooking accessory for the everyday chef. The 2.3mm folding probe design allows it to easily fit in your pocket and travel with you to the backyard grill and beyond, while the high-quality design ensures maximum accuracy. It may be a small thermometer, but it gets the job done right. The stainless steel step-down probe locks at 180 to prevent folding as you take a measurement, and gets readings within 6 seconds. The wide temperature range makes this digital thermometer ideal for meat, candy, and many more applications. The large backlit display makes it easy to quickly get a measurement in all conditions. This compact food thermometer is also equipped for convenience, with a magnet that attaches easily to a grill or other magnetic surface when not in use. The hanging hole allows easy storage on a hook. If you need an accurate food thermometer with a compact design, look no further. Auto-Off Feature. Temperature range for IR is -22 F to 716 F (-30 C to 380 C), Probe is -22 F to 572 F (-30 C to 300 C).
