This formal dress features an off the shoulder neckline with pleated details, a fitted look through the bodice, and dramatic mermaid skirt. Crafted with luxurious velvet and adorned with an organza ruffle that drapes from the hip and trims the skirt hem. Pleats through the body makes this evening gown a figure-flattering look.
