This pot is built with sustainable and healthy non-toxic, Ptfe free, Pfas free non-stick CeraGreen ceramic coating, and recycled cast aluminum for no oil, no fat cooking. This pot can be used on a variety of cooktops such as induction, electric, gas, glass top, and vitro-ceramic. Oven safe up to 400°F without silicone covers. Wide handles for a safe grip, even when you are wearing oven mitts or using potholders. Matching cover with condensation bumps on the interior is for self-basting. Ideal for making stocks, broths, soups, stews, and other liquid-based recipes. The draining holes on the lid make straining easier. It comes with two pot holders for the handles for your safety. Available in 4 sizes: 2.7qt., 4.5qt., 5.8qt. and 7.6qt.
