The 10-quart Kitchen Kettle Xl multi-cooker/steamer offers a huge food capacity-twice the size of our classic Kitchen Kettle! Great for steaming, stewing, roasting, boiling, deep frying and more! Deep fry up to ten cups for jumbo batches of chicken, fish, fries, even donuts and desserts. Kitchen Kettle Xl with tempered glass cover is so versatile you'll use it every day for soups and stews, ham, beef and pork roasts, as well as rice, vegetables, pastas, and casseroles. The desired cooking temperature is maintained automatically with the Control Master heat control. Utilize the multi-use basket for deep frying, steaming, and blanching. Its Xl size is ideal for steaming seafood and blanching vegetables, which is especially convenient when canning or freezing. Hook the basket onto the rim of the multi-cooker for easy draining. This 10-quart multi-cooker Xl features a heavy cast aluminum base for even heat distribution, a large diameter nonstick cooking surface for convenient browning, and premium nonstick finish, inside and out, for easy cleaning. Multi-cooker and cover are fully immersible and dishwasher safe with the heat control removed.
