They maintain the model's clean footprint. In other words, they eliminate mud and snow and eject rocks stuck between the tread elements. As a result, mud and snow cannot block the tire's surface contact, while rocks cannot cause stone retention by drilling into the casing. This keeps the tire's surface traction in versatile conditions, while also preventing stone retention from shortening the tire's usability.The Mastodon AT improves the driving and load durability.
