They increase the number of biting edges gripping the road surface throughout the year, which ensures a secure cornering and maneuvering ability and power.The model guarantees a safer year round performance. The symmetric tread design, with the ideal tread block placement, and the all season tire compound boosts the tire's grip in dry, wet and winter weather. The all season tire compound improves the year round flexibility and it keeps the tire pliable in various conditions, while the tread elements boost the grip the tire has on the road surface throughout the year. The tread's circumferential and angled lateral grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint, significantly enhancing the tire's wet and winter weather drive.The HS266 provides a quiet driving experience. The directional tread features a variable pitch phase shift which helps lower the road and tread pattern noise heard during the drive.
