Shimano ME700 SPD Pedal With a wide contact area, the Shimano PD-ME700 pedals let riders focus on the trail ahead. Designed to work seamlessly with Shimano AM series shoes, the SPD Trail pedals deliver enhanced stability over rough terrain. A wide, dual-sided platform improves pedal-to-shoe stability and power transfer. The integrated cage increases control when not clipped in and protects the binding mechanism from impacts. Its robust retention claws provide smooth engagement and release as well. For individual customization, entry and release tension are adjustable by the rider. A chromoly spindle with sealed bearing cartridge axles on each pedal guarantee a long lifetime and low-maintenanc effort.
