Leaning into berms, launching gap jumps and sweeping along singletrack, mountain biking is thrill-a-minute fun. But there's always a chance you'll find yourself losing grip and hitting the ground. The Trail Evo MIPS MTB Helmet ensures your head is kept safer when that happens. Head impacts are soaked up and dissipated by the foam core of its double-In-mould construction. The outer shell meanwhile, gives excellent durability. This tough outer fends off those small knock and bumps you'll get from trailside branches and overgrowth. There's then the added safety afforded by the MIPS system. What is MIPS? Multi-directional Impact Protection System (MIPS) is a proven system that reduces the rotational forces on the brain when you're involved in a crash. The forces are absorbed and redirected to prevent them from being transmitted to the brain. MIPS is a Brain Protection System Rotational motion can cause brain injuries The low friction layer allows a sliding movement of 1015 mm, in all directions, reducing rotational motion to the brain during impact MIPS adds protection Trail-Ready Tech Out on the trails, the copious venting and inner channels provide cooling airflow to your head, ensuring a sweat-free ride. Easy and secure adjustment of the fit comes via the ErgoFit UltraTM system. This allows for both horizontal and vertical adjustment with a dial adjuster for a precise and comfortable fit every time you ride. An adjustable visor finishes the Trail Evo in style.
