SRAM Apex X-SYNC DM Road Chainring Steel chainring for road bike cranksets with SRAM 8-bolt Direct Mount standard. Suitable for 1x12-speed drivetrain systems. Equipped with X-SYNC technology for a more direct power transmission and higher resistance. X-SYNC / Chainrings with X-SYNC technology are an integral part of SRAM 1-speed shifting systems. The sophisticated tooth design with high, square edges ensures maximum performance and durability. Not only the narrow, sharp tooth profile grips the chain earlier than teeth with the traditional triangular shape, also the rounded chamfer edges support the chain's guidance. In addition, to withstand adverse conditions, X-SYNC chainrings are provided with mud-repellent recesses, which protect the links and rollers of the chain from dirt.t gear. Steel construction offers improved durability and longevity Durable laser-etched chainring finish Direct Mount 40T Aluminum/Steel Black 12sp Narrow/Wide Crank bolts are not included.
