Like a standard cycling helmet, it's composed of a hard-shell plastic outer layer that disperses impact over a large area, while allowing heat and moisture to disperse through spaced vent holes, and a soft eva foam inner layer, which absorbs and lessens that impact. The two layers, working together as part of a highly flexible, comfortable, and breathable pad, will reinforce the front of young rippers' legs while allowing free movement, so that they'll barely notice theyre wearing a guard. They'll also be able to cinch it around their leg snugly using two adjustable straps.
