Nexen offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.The tire promotes great all weather traction. The asymmetric tread's circumferential grooves manage to prevent hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The combination of the hydroplaning resistance and exceptional traction improves the all weather performance and driving safety.The tread design and the tire compound ensure exceptional controllability. The 3D kerf sipes maintain a firm grip on the road surface and guarantee constant road contact. This improves the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In other words, the steering becomes faster and more precise, while the tire's structure is secured during the drive. The special 3D Nano Grip Technology enhances the compound to increase its road gripping ability, which allows the tire to shorten its braking distance.
