This is a tournament size set with a tall king and includes two extra queens for pawn promotion. The black and ivory color pieces are made from high quality plastic and feature a robust profile with a broad-base design for a low center of gravity and exceptional stability on the chess board. The knight is richly detailed with lifelike features reminiscent of the old iconic Jaques Staunton sets.Our Macassar and Maple Floppy Chess Board combines flexibility with the attractiveness of a wooden chess board.
