The German Knight with its simple and attractive design is the ideal chess set for your everyday chess game. Unencumbered by fine detail, these plastic pieces will stand up to the rigor of regular play for a lifetime. The king is 3.9" tall with a base diameter of 1.7" and are nicely weighted for exceptional stability on the chess board. We include 2 extra queens for pawn promotion. The chess board is made from a pliable vinyl with a cloth backing that will withstand the rigors of travel and frequent play.
