This attractive chess set combines our Parker Staunton with our Tiger Ebony and Maple Deluxe Chess Board. The Parker is one our exclusive designs with an old classic Staunton design and a handsome knight reminiscent of the older Jacque's sets. Pieces are nicely weighted and have thick green baize pads for a soft landing on the chess board. The ebonized and natural boxwood is hand polished to a beautiful luster and they look gorgeous against the backdrop of our Tiger Ebony and Maple Deluxe Chess Board. Tiger ebony is one of the most beautiful of the exotic woods with a stunning wood grain and colors that give this wood its name. This chess board is made for us by Rechapados Ferrer located just outside of Barcelona, Spain.
