This is the plastic version of the most popular wood chess set in our collection - The German Knight Staunton. The German Knight is a favorite for club players and used more than any other set in tournaments. The black and aged ivory pieces are made from a glossy plastic and will withstand the rigors of regular play for a lifetime. The king is 3.9" tall and has a base diameter of 1.7".
