The wide tread grooves of the asymmetric tread pattern actively help resist hydroplaning by channeling water from below the tire's footprint, making the driving experience safer.The interlocking sipes in the tread pattern help maintain the tire's grip on the road surface. This way the driver has more control over the tire, making it easier to manipulate. The better control over the tire means a more accurate steering responsiveness, which means that the tire responds more quickly and accurately to the commands of the driver.
