Not to exceed 3 sprays per day unless recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.Perimenopausal Women: Apply 2 sprays, once or twice daily as needed, from day 7 through day 28 where day 1 is the first day of the menstrual cycle.Menopausal or Non-menstruating Women: (30 day cycle) Apply 2 sprays once or twice daily for 25 consecutive days.
