It starts with a blue pullover shirt. The matching blue pants fit with an elastic band around the waist. The main piece is a large, cloud-shaped tunic that fits over the shirt and pants. It's made out of foam and has a velour exterior. It also has a mesh cover over the face for vision. The puffy shape is created with plenty of fiberfill stuffing inside.
