OVERVIEW: The Bridgestone Turanza ER300 RFT is a high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.The tire is a run flat model. It was manufactured with a reinforced internal structure which allows the tire to be driven on when air pressure leaves it. In this state the structure ensures a limited temporary performance for 50 miles up to the speed of 50 mph. This prevents the vehicle from being stranded on the side of the road, and allows the driver to safely arrive at a close-by destination to fix or change the damaged tire. These tires cannot be mixed with non-run flat models on the same vehicle.This tire model has excellent traction and provides easy handling in wet and dry road conditions, but it will not perform in winter weather. The asymmetric tread pattern's outside shoulder offers enhanced dry performance, while the inside tread enables the tire to have great wet weather traction.
