Silikomart RAINBOW 26 Silicone Baking & Freezing Mold Rainbow 26 consists of a silicone mould and a double use cutter. Silicone mould is suitable for the creation of the main body of the preparation (mousse/semifreddo/cake), while the cutter is suitable for shortcrust/biscuit that fit perfectly into the shape of the preparation. The cutter is also suitable for chocolate decorations by tempering the chocolate between two sheets and then cut. Cavity size: 65mm x 16mm x 32.5mm (2.6' x 0.6' x 1.3') Cavity volume: oz. (26 ml) 16 Cavities Includes 1 mold and 1 cutter Temperature resistance of -76F to 446F (-60C to 230C) Flexibility for ease of peeling off frozen food Anti-adherence for easy release of baked food and minimal cleaning of mold Performance and durability.
