Fat Daddio's Round Anodized Aluminum Angel Food / Tube Cake Pan (Fixed Bottom) Smaller pan (PAF-8375) is 3-3/4' high. Larger pan (PAF-10425) is 4-1/4' high. The large pan, PAF-1042, holds 9 cups of batter. The smaller pan, PAF-8375, holds 5 cups of batter. Fat Daddio's premium angel food pans / tube pans (fixed bottom) are built to last. Constructed of 14-gauge aluminum with an even wall thickness. The anodized finish of the aluminum allows the cake to climb well and release effortlessly. Care of Anodized Bakeware (PDF).
