Please note that this mold is tinned steel, not stainless. DO NOT LEAVE ANY MOISTURE ON IT. Towel dry at once after washing. The smallest tart pans are 3/4 inch high. As they get bigger, the height increases up to an inch. Tinned-steel tart pan with removable bottom. Great for tarts & quiches when product cannot be released by inverting the pan. Use & Care of Gobel Pans.
