Not recommended for liquid, as the manufacturing process of these molds leaves a couple of pinhead-sized holes (about 1.5mm) on the bottom of the mold that liquid may seep through. Use these molds for a thicker substance like dough or batter. Novacart's paper baking molds are designed to eliminate metal baking pans.
