For optimum performance, slide Camchiller on top rail and place cold food below. Move Camchiller down as food is removed to minimize open space and maximize cold food temperatures. Perfect for maintaining cold foods for satellite feeding, off-site feeding or outdoor events. NSF listed and dishwasher safe.
