Stainless steel shelves adjust to store various sized items. A powerful and efficient refrigeration system keeps the pan well and storage cabinet at a constant holding temperature between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit, so your food stays safe from bacteria. Stainless steel interior and exterior construction makes it easy to clean, and the unit sits on five-inch swivel casters, so you can move it easily.
