Dessert decorating has risen to an art form for many professional pastry chefs. After an extensive search for the right combination of materials and brush designs we are pleased to offer you our newest line of custom made food and pastry decorating brushes. This set of 4 brushes feature chip resistant lacquer dipped yellow handles that are easy to find in your work area. The overall length of the brushes is 7', long enough to be comfortable and not get in the way. The cadmium plated brass ferrules will not rust. Only the finest quality sable is used for its ability to hold and delicately apply liquids. The brush head sizes are .1' wide x .225' trim, .125' wide x .225' trim, .15' wide x .275' trim, and .225' wide x .3' trim.
