Norpro Tortilla Basket Fryer
Now you can make 'fry fresh tortillas' at home with this easy-to-use traditional tool for making a taco salad tortilla bowl. Simply drape an 8-inch to 12-inch softened tortilla over the upside-down inner basket, place the outer basket on top, flip over the baskets, and plunge the tortilla into a deep-fat fryer. Inside Basket: 6.25'; Outside Basket 6.5' diameter Within 30 seconds you'll have a crisp, fried tortilla bowl to hold the taco salad of your choice--or dips, salsas, and guacamole. The fry baskets have stay-cool wood handles, so they should be hand washed and their handles wiped with a damp cloth.
