This blade has ONLY 3 HOLES, not the 6 that the picture shows. Globe slicer knife 11-1/2' diameter. Choose 1021-C (Globe # 1021) for hard chrome or 1022-S (Globe # 1022) for stainless steel. Both numbers fits Globe slicers 3600, 3850, 3975, 4600, 4850 and 4975. Picture is for illustrative purposes only; blade may not be exactly as pictured.
