Winco Wire Chafer Stand for Alumnium Foil Trays Item number C-2F Holds 2-inch-high full-size stainless steel pans and aluminum foil trays Directions: • Fill two smaller trays with food • Place larger steam-pan tray into wire chafer frame • Fill larger steam-pan tray with 1/2' to 3/4' of water • Place gel-fuel canisters into place holders in wire chafer frame • Place smaller food trays into larger steam-pan tray • Light gel-fuel canisters • For best results preheat larger steam-pan tray before placing food on top.
