The Ultra Pan Carriers retain internal temperature and withstand external tough treatment. Foam insulated and thick lid for durability and heat retention. Nylon latches ensure maximum temperature retention. Won't rust. Open and close easily with one hand. Removable gasket for easy cleaning. Vent cap equalizes internal pressure. Interlock stacking during transport and storage. (Also stack with like model of Cambro MPC's. UPC100 does not stack with other models.) Easy to carry with molded handles on all four sides. Pans are easy to remove using finger notches. Easy to clean, load and unload.
