Cambro 1826DTC157 Camcart for Trays and Sheet Pans - Coffee Beige In the catering business, you're only as good as your last event. Our Camcarts keep the heat in so the food you serve always reflects your high-quality standards. Polyethylene construction, foam insulation, door gaskets and tight-fitting hinges and latches combine to set the industry standard for heat retention. All Camcarts feature stainless steel hardware fastened to molded-in metal mounting plates - no rust - no breakdowns! Carts come with a molded-in handle and 6' casters with impact plates (two fixed, two swivel, one with brake). 1826DTC - Double Cavity Cart for Trays and Sheet Pans Capacity: 24 tray support rails on 1 15/16' centers (12 per cavity). Holds up to 24 ea. 18' x 26' trays or sheet/bun pans. Caster Impact Plates Impact plates add metal reinforcement to hold casters in place even when dropped. Note: Cool metal sheet pans to 250° before placing onto tray supports.
