This 2-piece lightweight aluminum kubbe attchment for making that dish is designed expressly for KitchenAid mixers and fits on the KitchenAid Meat Grinder Attachment. The two pieces, when put together, measure about 2' diameter, 1-1/2' high. Please take heed of the note on the box: WARNING: DO NOT CLEAN IN DISHWASHER. Also note: this kubbe attachment fits the KitchenAid mixer ONLY IF ITS GRINDER ATTACHMENT IS #5, whose grinder-plate diameter is 2' (versus the #8 plate, whose diameter is 2.375').
