Don't be fooled by its compact design: it is powered by a 350 watt, 1/2 horsepower motor. This little work horse has the capacity to process 2 to 3 pounds of meat per minute. The MC5 is designed with both a Forward and a Reverse switch to assist you with your food processing applications. Most important, it is uniquely manufactured with a built-in Overload Protection switch, which helps to ensure extended product life & operator safety.
