It features a die-cast aluminum grinding head, complete with pan, auger, (1) #12 Knife, (3) plates (fine 1/8', medium 3/16' & course 5/16') & (3) food safe plastic stuffing tubes. The MC5 is designed with both a Forward and a Reverse switch to assist you with your food processing applications.
