As described at http://wiki.answers.com, 'A kubbe attachment is used to form a casing (from meat, usually lamb) that is then stuffed with spiced filling to form a kubbe [a.k.a. kebba], a Middle Eastern dish that is shallow fried or griddled.' This kubbe attachment is made of 2 aluminum pieces (one with a small plastic insert) and mounts on grinder attachment 12. NOT recommended for use in dishwasher.
