A product of silicone fused to fiberglass, Flexipan Origine couples easy release with a record lifespan, enduring as many as three thousand uses without a hint of sticking. Easy to clean Conforms to US regulations on food-grade silicone--FDA compliant, NSF approved Kosher certified Resists the same heat and cold as metal trays and pans, -20F to 536F Can be used to freeze and then bake--in the same mold Cavity dimensions: 19-1/2 inch x 1-9/16 inch x 1-5/16 inch high (495mm x 40mm x 33mm high) 5 cavities Cavity volume: 12.5 o.
