New Attias Automatic Flaffel Maker, Model Uniball Model # Uniball Volts 110 Serial # Phase 1 Width 10' Hz 60 Depth 17' Watt 74 Height 16.5' Shipping Weight 125 UNIBALL. is a new idea for. the commerciai kitchen: it is an electric machine that can shape small portions of mixed food into various forms and shapes of balls. It is a universal baller. The product is orientated towards big kitchens like restaurants hospitals. army kitchens.. etc. The machine is composed of an electric motor enclosed in stainless steel. a food mix container and a shaper drum. In the drum there is a radial bore in which a piston slightly shorter than the bore. is free to move. When the drum is rotated by the motor, the bore is filled at one end by the mix from the container and is dispensed downwards when the drum rotates further. Thus the shape and form of the balls is determined by the shaper drum and piston. These are interchangeable parts such that every machine can make many types and sizes of balls. Currently there are seven different forms The produclion rate depends upon the turning rate of drum. which depends on a gear inside the slainless steel box. This is a fixed rate to be determined at time of order. Standard rales are 40. 80 balls per minute. The rates can be doubled by using drums that have dual bores. The machine is very simple to use All it requires is Filling of the food mix container and turning it on. Cleaning is also simplified by very simple and straight forward disassembly. Another advantage Is of course, the fact thar the human hand does not need to be involved in the preparation of the balls - (a typically manual job in the past).
