Rounded one-piece cast aluminum body with anodized finish. Top-mounted guarded sharpener and safety rear ring guard for safe operation. Compact body. Stainless steel blade, removable carriage and blade cover. Dual Action Knife Sharpener: Stones edge swings clear of blade when not in use. Stones return automatically to exact original position for repeated precision sharpening. Pressure of the stones against the blade is regulated by simple finger pressure. Grinding and honing stone can be used independently or simultaneously. Feed Chute: Ribbed non-smear set at a 30 degree angle.
