Upper hood contains 1/3-size condiment pans (included) for easy access to salad ingredients, and lower cabinet features adjustable, polyethylene-coated shelving for extra storage. The efficient refrigeration system keeps the pan well and storage cabinet at a constant holding temperature between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit, so your food stays safe from bacteria. Stainless steel interior and exterior construction makes it easy to clean, and the unit sits on five-inch swivel casters, so you can move it easily.
