Note: This pan is NOT stainless steel and CAN RUST. To avoid that, please follow instruction manual here. Measured at the top, this pan is 4-3/4 inch wide x 15-3/4 inch long x 4-5/8 inch high (120mm wide x 400mm long x 117mm high). Pullman pan made of black-coated steel known as 'blue steel.' Sliding on the lid should take no effort. If you meet with resistance, slide on the lid from the other side of the pan.
