A tug with this tool with turn a wide ribbon into slender streamers. Safe to use, with teeth on the inside, away from fingers. One side of the tool slits ribbons into 1/8 inch shreds, the other into 1/16 inch shreds. Made of ABS and measures 3/4 inch x 5 inch.
