220 Volt not for use in the USA 220V tabletop chocolate temperer with thermostat-controlled heat unit, cooling fan and digital temperature readout. Melts and tempers up to 6 lbs of chocolate. Comes with one 5-quart stainless steel bowl that lifts out for easy dispensing. Also included is one plastic scraper, dishwasher safe. Unit measures 16 inch high and 16 inch diameter. 6-month warranty from manufacturer. Bulb can be replaced with Medium Base, A19 Shape, 100 Watt Frosted Incandescent Note about this machine: Commonly called a batch temperer, this CMC tempering machine works for chocolate that you bring to temper and then use, as opposed to leaving it in the temperer indefinitely. Doing so would overtemper the chocolate, turning it thicker and thicker until it's a paste -- not the kind of chocolate you want.
