It lets you dry at the same time more than 10 square feet of pasta. The rack is collapsible to an inch thickness for convenient storage. Made in Italy. Unfolding the rack Turn the two half-length cuboid bars so they are perpendicular to the adjacent full-length cuboid bar. Now the half-bars are feet. Opposite that full-length cuboid bar is another one--the one attached to the thin cylindrical rods (which hold the pasta). Remove that second cuboid bar from the two cylindrical posts (thicker than the pasta bars) and turn that cuboid bar so the pasta rods are facing out, then place it back on.
