The Mercer slotted spatula features a flexible slotted blade with a beveled edge to pick up delicate or large items. With its 430F heat resistance, it matches the high-heat level of the Matfer Pelton spatula but is more affordable. Convenient hanging hole for quick access in the kitchen and easy storage. The Mercer high-temperature nylon utensils are made from specially formulated glass-reinforced nylon to provide heat resistance of 430F / 220C. Incredibly durable, and stain & odor resistant. One-piece construction makes these the most sanitary utensils available. Safe for non-stick cookware. Dishwasher safe.
