We will always check to ensure you get the machine with your personal voltage requirements--although price may, in some cases, differ from the one advertised The Revolation V is a scaled-down version of Chocovision's Revolation X3210 but with the same control system. The most compact fully automated stainless steel tempering machine by Chocovision, the Revolation V can process between one and five pounds of chocolate (nine with holey baffle, included) per batch. This unit possesses the same state-of-the-art design and microprocessor technology as every ChocoVision unit, tempering and holding chocolate to within 2/10ths of a degree to ensure the best chocolate quality and appearance. The Revolation V is built with a manual control that lets you adjust the temperature up to 120 degrees during the melt cycle, 100 degrees in temper mode.
