Please note that this mold is tinned steel, not stainless. DO NOT LEAVE ANY MOISTURE ON IT. Towel dry at once after washing. Tin-plated steel tart mold with loose removable bottom. 120mm x 75mm on top, 112mm x 66mm on bottom, 20mm high (4-3/4 inch x 3 inch on top, 4-7/16 inch x 2-5/8 inch on bottom, x 3/4 inch high). Made in France. Use & Care of Gobel Pans.
